血必净注射液联合磷酸肌酸钠对重度急性有机磷农药中毒患者心肌保护作用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨血必净注射液联合磷酸肌酸钠对重度急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)患者的心肌保护作用。方法将44例重度急性AOPP引起急性心肌损伤的患者随机分为研究组(22例)和对照组(22例),对照组给予常规解毒、保护心肌等对症治疗;研究组在对症治疗的基础上加用血必净注射液和磷酸肌酸钠。观察两组血清心肌酶变化。结果治疗后两组血清心肌酶指标均有明显改善(P<0.01),研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血必净注射液联合磷酸肌酸钠可以减轻重度急性AOPP患者的心肌损害,提高治愈率。Objective The explore Xuebijing injection combined with Creatine phospate in myocardial preservation of patients with severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning（AOPP）.Methods A total of 44 patients with acute myocardial injury caused by AOPP were randomly divided into experiment group（n = 22） with Xuebijing injection combined with Creatine phospate based on conventional detoxification symptomatic treatment and control group（n = 22） with conventional detoxification and protect myocardial symptomatic treatment,and myocardial enzyme changes in serum of two groups were observed.Results Serum enzyme activity values of two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment（P 0.01）,and serum enzyme activity value in experiment group was lower than that in control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Xuebijing injection combined with Creatine phospate can relieve myocardial damage of patients with severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,and to improve the cure rate.
