90后实习护生心理健康状况调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解90后实习护生的心理健康状况。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对随机选取的50名90后实习护生进行问卷调查。结果 90后实习护生SCL-90躯体化因子分高于全国常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他因子得分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 90后实习护生易产生躯体症状,应根据不同时期、不同心理状态进行施教,以提高实习质量。Objective To study the mental health of student nurses born after 1990.Methods Symptom Checklist（SCL-90） was used to detect 50 randomly selected student nurses who were born after 1990.Results SCL-90 somatization factor of student nurses born after 1990 was significantly higher than that of national norm（P 0.05）,the other factor scores showed no significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion Student nurses born after 1990 is easy to have somatization,and we may improve the quality of their internship by teaching according to the different periods and mental state.
