摘　　要：目的充分发挥护士在维和勤务中的作用,提高护理人力资源使用效率。方法运用岗位分析法,依据维和行动卫勤保障标准行动程序对护理岗位的要求,建立管理(护士长)、门(急)诊、病房(监护)、手术室(洗消)、医疗物资管理、先遣组6个护理岗位的职责。结果维和护理岗位设置可满足维和二级医院的要求,护士能胜任各岗位工作,实现了安全治疗、伤病员满意的目标。结论维和护理岗位职责设定体现了医疗任务与护理工作的需要,内容详细具体,可操作性强,是维和特殊环境下提高护理人力资源使用效率的有效手段。Objective To fully play the nurses＇ role in peacekeeping service,and to increase service efficiency of nursing human resources.Methods Requirements of nursing care were set by the position analysis and standard of medical service during operating procedure for nursing care in peacekeeping.Responsibilities of 6 nursing positions： the head nurse,outpatient service position,wards,operating room /decontamination,medical material management and advance team were established.Results Requirments for nursing care could satisfy the requirements of the secondary hospitals in peasekeeping tasks,nurses could do very well job,and patients were satisfied.Conclusion The peacekeeping responsibility of nursing care reflects requirements between medical tasks and nursing work,and the contents detail very much.The special environment of peacekeeping can effectively improve the use of nursing human resources.
