摘　　要：清代黄仲则《竹眠词》题材丰富,特色鲜明,真挚动人。其中最引人注目的是那些以真率之笔抒写不平之鸣的感怀词。爱情词也颇为人称道,具有抒情对象的模糊性与恋爱情节明晰性的特点。黄仲则词在创作风格上是豪放与婉约兼具。黄仲则词在清词和整个词史上有一定的地位。The Qing Dynasty Ci Poet Huang Zhongze＇ s Zhu Mian Ci Poems has rich and vast themes with distinguish feature and infectivity. The most prominent part in this collection is those Ci Poems expressing his indignation feelings with frank language. His love Ci poems are also celebrated for obscure love object and specific love plot. The style of his Ci poem is a mixture of both bold and unconstrained, and graceful and re- strained. Huang＇ s Ci Poem deserve a position in the history of Ci Peoms of Qing Dynasty and in the history of Ci in general.
