摘　　要：目的总结应用微创经皮钢板植入技术(minnimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis,MIPPO)治疗四肢骨折的经验和临床疗效。方法从2008年3月至2011年12月,对103例四肢长骨骨折的患者应用微创经皮钢板植入技术进行了手术内固定治疗。其中男71例,女32例;年龄21～72岁,平均36岁。结果本组病例切口均顺利愈合,术后7～21 d出院。全部获得随访,平均随访时间6个月;骨折愈合时间3～10个月。分别按Neer、Harris和Johner-Wruhs评分评价术后相应肢体功能,优69例,良28例,中6例,总体满意率94%。结论应用微创经皮钢板植入技术治疗四肢骨折具有手术创伤小、骨折愈合快、功能恢复好的优点。Objective To explore the outcomes of limb fractures treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis. Methods 103 patients（71 males,32 females）were treated with minimally invasive pereutaneous plate osteosynthesis （MIPPO） from March. 2008 to Dee. 2011. The average age was 36 years （21～72 years ）. Results All cases healed within 7～21 days after operation. 6 months Follow up showed that all fracture healed within 3～10 months. According to Johner-Wruhs＇s criterion,the results of the treatment were excellent in 69 cases,good in 28 cases, fare in 6 cases ,bad in 0 case. The ratio of satisfaction was 94%. Conclusion Treatment of limb fracture with MIPPO has the advantages with less trauma,rapid fracture healing and good recovery of function.
