摘　　要：目的探讨拇指掌背桡侧、尺侧皮神经营养血管蒂筋膜皮瓣逆行转位修复拇指软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法应用吻合神经的拇指掌背逆行筋膜皮瓣修复拇指软组织缺损30例。结果皮瓣外观、质地、感觉恢复良好,功能满意,2例皮瓣远端局灶性坏死,换药后二期愈合,吻合神经后的皮瓣能恢复部分感觉。结论该皮瓣血运可靠、创伤小、操作简单、供区功能损害小、大部分皮瓣能恢复感觉,是修复拇指软组织缺损较好的手术方式之一。Objective To observe the clinical results of distal based thumb dorsal cutgneous nerve nutritional ves- sel fasciocutaneous flap for treatment of soft tissue defects of thumbs. Methods Distal based thumb dorsal cutaneous nerve nutritional vessel fasciocutaneous flaps were used for treatment of soft tissue defects of thumbs in 30 cases. Re- sults The skin flap＇s appearance and function were satisfactory. Partial flap necrosis was found in 2 cases,which was cured by dressing changes. Feelings of the skin flap partly recovered. Conclusion The distal based thumb dorsal cuta- neous nerve nutritional vessel faseiocutaneous flap is good treatment for the soft tissue defects of thumbs.
