摘　　要：腕舟骨骨折在腕部骨折中较为常见,其发生率仅次于桡骨远端骨折,由于早期漏诊、固定方式不稳定及舟骨血运较差等原因,常造成舟骨骨折不愈合。不愈合如果不予处理,腕关节或早或晚都会呈现骨关节炎。起初是桡舟关节炎,以后逐渐向周围关节扩展,直至全腕关节受累,如何促进骨愈合,改善腕关节功能,提高手的握力,一直是骨科医师所关注的问题。该文就其诊断与手术治疗手段进行阐述。The scaphoid fracture is common in the wrist fractures,with its incidence second only to the distal radius fracture.Early misdiagnosis,instable fixation and poor blood supply often result in scaphoid nonunion.If no treatment is given,the wrist will sooner or later present osteoarthritis,which develops from radial scaphoid to the adjacent joints till the whole wrist is involved.How to promote fracture union,improve wrist function and hand grip have always been the concerns of orthopedic surgeons.Here is to describe the diagnosis and surgical treatment.
