水稻生产全程机械化发展思路探讨——以黑龙江垦区为例

摘　　要：分析了水稻生产全程机械化对于增加稻农收入、提高综合生产能力和促进现代农业发展必要性,介绍了黑龙江垦区由单纯耕作机械化向全程机械化转变、由小农机向大农机转变、由分散作业向规模经营转变的发展态势,针对发展水稻生产机械化存在的农机社会化服务体系不够完善、全程机械化发展水平不平衡、基础设施亟待加强和发展扶持缺乏等问题,提出统筹规划,创新农机经营机制,完善农机社会化服务体系,提升主体素质,提高科技含量,全面提高水稻机械化水平等建议。Necessity of rice production mechanization for increased the income of farmer,improve the comprehensive production ability and promote the development of modern agriculture being analyzed,introduced Heilongjiang reclamation area development trend by pure farming mechanization to mechanization,agriculture machinery to change from small to big agriculture machinery to change,by dispersing jobs to scale management change,in view of the development of rice production mechanization the presence of the agricultural machinery socialization service system is not perfect,mechanization development level is not balanced,the infrastructure is strengthened urgently and to support the development of the problem,put forward suggestion of improving paddy mechanization level,such as overall planning,agriculture machinery management,innovation mechanism,perfect agriculture machinery socialization service system,improve the overall quality,raise the content of science and technology.
