摘 要:目的:观察绝经前、后妇女骨代谢生化指标的变化。方法:对比观察绝经后无骨折妇女78例,绝经后骨折妇女34例,围绝经期妇女20例和生育期妇女52例的骨密度和血、尿骨代谢生化指标的变化。结果:绝经后无骨折组、骨折组和围绝经期组的尿钙/肌酐、羟脯氨酸/肌酐、吡啶酚/肌酐以及血清碱性磷酸酶和骨钙素均高于年轻健康组妇女(P<0.05);绝经后骨折组的尿钙/肌酐、吡啶酚/肌酐和脱氧吡啶酚/肌酐显著高于绝经后无骨折组(P<0.05),羟脯氨酸/肌酐两组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:围绝经期和绝经后妇女的成骨活性和破骨活性均明显升高,绝经后骨折妇女这二者则进一步升高。Objective:To observe on the variation of biochemical indexes of bone metabolism in pre-and post-menopausal wo menMethods:78 postmenopausa l women without fractures,34 post-menopa usal women with fragile fracture,20 peri -menopausal women and 52 young fe rtile women(aged 25 to 35 years) were en rolled in this studyBone mineral densit y(BMD) at lumbar,forerm,hip and total bo dy were measured by dual energy X-ray ab sorptiometry (DEXA).Serum calcium(Ca),ph osphate,creatine(Cr),ALP,BGP,urinary cal cium/creatine,hydroxyproline(HOP)/Cr,pyr idinoline(PYD)/Cr,deoxypridinoline(DPD)/ Cr were determined in the 119 cases. Results:Urine Ca/Cr,HOP/Cr,PYD/Cr, and serum ALP,BGP in peri-menopausal women and pos tmenopausal women(with or without fractu res) were higher than that in young heal thy women.Urine Ca/Cr,PYD/Cr and DPD/Cr in postmenopausal women with fractures w ere higher than that in postmenopausal w omen without fractures,but there was no significantly difference about HOP/Cr be tween the two groups.Conclusions:The biochemical indexes of bone formati on and absorption are elevated in perme nopausal women and postmenopausal women without fractures.In postmenopausal wome n with fractures,the indexes are increa sed furthermore
