摘 要:基于高度集成和高速双向的信息与通信技术,电力系统将建成"电力、信息、业务"统一的智能电网。电力通信网作为电网内部通信、电网与电力用户信息交互的网络,将全方位承载电网状态监测、控制及用户信息交互等业务,使得电网更加可靠、灵活、智能。针对中国县域电力通信网的基础和业务特点,结合智能电网的发展,分析我国县域电力通信网规划建设的特点,对比各级电网电力通信技术的经济性和适用性,总结提出中国县域电力通信网建设的特点和发展方向。Based on the bidirectional communication technology of high integration and high speed, the power system will build the unified smart grid about "power, information and business". As the interior communication of power system and the interactive network of information of power grid and users, the electric power communication network will support the monitoring and control of network state, and the interactive information service of users, it makes the grid more reliable, flexible and intelligent. For the basis and characteristics of county electric power communication network in China, combined with the development of smart grid, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the planning and construction of county-level electric power communication network, contrasts the economy and applicability of the different levels of power grid communication technology. Finally, it proposes the characteristics and direction of county electric power communications network in China.
