摘 要:为适应电网发展的需要,满足调度机构在正常运行和应急状态下对信息的需求,同时为县调自动化数据接入地调提供支撑,建设一个坚强的调度数据网络是当前电网发展的首要任务。黄山地区调度接入网建设覆盖主备调、7个汇聚节点和所有县属35 kV变电站。文章立足于地、县调度数据网现状,并结合各区县公司地区通信网络条件,分别在核心节点、汇聚节点、接入节点方案实施方面进行了详细讨论,提出工程建设中的遗留问题及相应整改措施。黄山地调接入网的成功实施对其他地市公司的数据网建设方面具有一定的借鉴作用。In order to adapt the need of the development of power grid, satisfy the requirements dispatching organization in the normal condition and the urgent situation, and provide the support for the automation data of county dispatching centre accessing to the region dispatching centre, the building of a strong dispatching data network is the primary task of the development of power grid. The area dispatching access network covers the main dispatching, backup dispatching, seven convergence points and all 35 kV substations in Huangshan. This paper focuses on the present status of region and county dispatching data network, analyzes and discusses the implementation program of the key point, convergence point and access point based on the condition of every county company communication network, put forwards the legacy problems along with the project construction and relevant rectify solutions at the end. The successful implementation has a reference value for the development of other city company in the construction of data network.
