摘 要:架空导线的负荷大、发热量高,其温度能较真实地反映线路实际运行情况。基于温度信息对线路进行在线运行的实时监测,是实现电缆日常检修与维护、电缆故障预警与诊断、线路事故排查等的重要手段。通过电缆温度精确分析,计算电缆的最大允许载流量,可为合理配置负荷提供科学依据。然而,导线通电时很难确知导线内部的发热情况和相互之间的传热情况。文章以大型流体力学和传热学软件FLUENT为平台,建立了导线(OPPC-240/40)表面温度场的分析模型,进行了不同环境条件下,OPPC表面温度场与流场的数值模拟,并通过实验验证了数值模拟的准确性,为进一步研究导线截面温度分布提供了借鉴。Because the large load and the high heat of overhead cables, the temperature of cables can monitor the real-time state The real-time monitoring based on temperature infomlation is the important mean that realize the daily maintenance, fault earning warning and diagnosis of cables and the investigation of line accident. Meanwhile, it can calculate and analyze the maximum allowable transmission capacity through cable temperature, can provide a scientific basis for the rational allocation load. But when the cable works, it is hard to know the inside heat information. Based on the platform of FLUENT which a large-scale sotiware for fluid mechanics and heat transfer, this issue establishes the analytical mode for temperature field of OPPC-240/40. It also makes the numerical simulation tbr temperature and flow field of OPPC in different conditions, verifies the accuracy by the experiments. This research can provide a reference for further study of the wire cross-section temperature distribution.
