摘　　要：为了缩短IEC61850配电自动化系统的工程调试周期,提出一种基于IEC61850的配电终端模拟软件SCLServerSimulator 61850。该软件可以运行在Windows平台上,能够在一台电脑上同时模拟出多台配电终端。通过加载配电终端的配置文件ICD,可以模拟配电终端的运行,从而实现在仿真环境下进行各项调试和测试。文章详细阐述了SCLServerSimulator 61850软件的总体设计框图、功能模块和程序软件部分,提供了配电终端仿真实例,并且利用TMW 61850 TestHarness验证了SCLServerSimulator 61850软件。该模拟器操作简便,具有实际应用价值,能为类似的系统设计提供参考。In order to shorten the engineering debug cycle of IEC61850 distribution automation system, this paper proposes a kind of simulation software SCLServerSimulator 61850 of distribution terminal based on the IEC61850. The software can be run on the Windows platform, simulate the multiple distribution terminals on a computer at the same time. Through loading the configuration file ICD of distribution terminal, it can simulate the running of distribution terminal, so as to achieve the debugging and testing in the simulation environment. This paper describes the the overall design block diagram of SCLServerSimulator 61850, the functional module and software, provides the simulation instance of distribution terminal, and tests SCLServerSimulator 61850 by TMW 61850 Test Harness. The control and simulator is simple. It has the practical application value and can provide a reference for the similar design
