摘  要:光纤复合架空相线(OPPC)集输电、通信功能于一体,自2005年在广东深圳老虎坑电厂10 kV线路得到应用,近几年不断为电力客户所接受,成为城域配电网应用的新宠。由于城域配电网架空线路具有电力通道空间狭小、易遭树木覆盖、建筑物密集等特点,为保障安全,部分线路必须做到全线绝缘,其技术难点在于OPPC接头盒的整体绝缘。文章通过分析全绝缘线路安全需求,以及实现全绝缘OPPC光纤接续引出的需求,介绍了全绝缘OPPC接头盒的研制过程及其在工程应用上的实例,为实现全绝缘OPPC线路在城域配电网中的应用积累了经验。Optical fiber composite overhead line (OPPC) sets the transmission and communication into its functions. The 10 kV line was applied in Shenzhen tiger pit power plant since 2005, was accepted by the electric power customers constantly in recent years, which had become the new favorite in the application of metropolitan area distribution network. Due to the overhead line of metropolitan area distribution network has a narrow power distribution network channel and it is easy to be covered by trees and dense buildings etc, some lines must insulate to ensure safety. The biggest technical difficulty is the whole insulation of OPPC connector box. Through analysis of the security requirements of all lines, this paper achieves the demands of fully insulated OPPC fiber connection, introduces the development process of the whole insulation OPPC connector box and its application in engineering practice, and accumulates the experiences for realizing the application in the metropolitan area distribution network.
