摘  要:文章在生产和应用实践的基础上,简单介绍了密封铅酸蓄电池的基本性能、型号选择、维护要求和落后电池的处理方法,阐述了对蓄电池进行充放电试验的要求。在典型配置下,梳理了通信蓄电池充放电试验的方法和步骤,研究了变电站通信蓄电池运行维护中充放电试验的安全风险,找出了充放电过程中可能存在的危险点,同时列举典型安全风险事例,进行事故原因分析,提出了预控措施,对提高信息通信系统安全运行水平具有重要意义。The paper introduces the basic characteristics, model selection, maintenance requirements and backward cell processing method of the sealed lead acid battery based on the practice of substation communication, elaborates the test requirements of battery charge-discharge. In the typical configuration, this paper brushes the methods and procedures of communication battery charge-discharge test, discusses the risk of charge and discharge test in the operation and maintenance for communication battery, and finds out the possible dangerous points in the processing of charging and discharging. At the same time, this paper lists the typical examples on safety risk and carries on the analysis on accident cause, puts forward the pre- control measures. It has significance for improving the safe operation of information communication system.
