摘  要:对国内外金属硫化物应力腐蚀开裂试验的标准、评定指标进行了概述及总结,分析了油气输送管用硫化物应力腐蚀开裂试验中试验标准选择时应注意的问题,并参照国内外SSCC试验常用相关标准,建议将NACE TM 0177《含H2S环境中金属抗特定的环境开裂的实验室试验》方法和ASTM G39《弯梁应力腐蚀试验试件的制备和使用的标准方法》相结合,并借鉴ASTM和NACE的做法,采用临界应力值判断和试样外观宏观及微观检测相结合的方法作为评定指标。The standards and the evaluation index of the sulfide stress corrosion craeking(SSCC) test in China domestic and the abroad were summarized, and the problems should be paid attention to selecting test standard for SSCC were analyzed. Refer to the related standards commonly used in SSCC test in China domestic and the abroad, it suggests adopting NACE TM 0177 Laboratory Testing of Metals for Resistance to Sulfide Stress Cracking and Stress Corrosion Cracking in H2S Environments Item and ASTM G39 Stress Corrosion Testing-preparation and Use Bent-beam Specimens. Combined with ASTM and NACE, it can combine critical stress judgment and macroscope as well as microscope testing of specimen surface to regard as assessment index.
