基于原位开采工艺的油页岩热解特性研究

摘  要:基于煤炭地下气化原位开采油页岩的工艺特征,采用热重分析仪对桦甸油页岩进行了热解特性的实验研究,研究了桦甸油页岩有机质大幅热解的温度范围、热解产物及不同升温速率对热解特性的影响,分析了热解特性对原位开采油页岩工艺的指导作用。研究结果表明:桦甸油页岩热解失重可以分为3个阶段,其中第2阶段(300℃~550℃)为有机质热解的集中阶段,析出物主要为CO、CO2、CH4同系物及不饱和烃类等油气;随着升温速率的提高,最大失重速率升高,失重峰值温度后移,有机质初始及终止热解温度呈现出规律性,升温速率从5℃/min提高到20℃/min,最大失重速率提高近5倍,失重峰值温度提高28℃,但第2阶段的失重比例受升温速率影响不大。Based on the process characteristics of oil shale in situ mining technology in the underground coal gasification, this paper did the experimental study for the pyrolysis characteristics of Huadian oil shale using thermo gravimetric analyzer. Moreover, this paper also researched the influence of temperature range of organic matter pyrolysis, pyrolysis product and different heating rate on the pyrolysis characteristics, Additionally, this thesis analyzed the guiding role of pyrolysis characteristics for the oil shale in situ mining technology. The results of the experiments showed that the pyrolysis weight loss could be divided into 3 stages; the second stage (300℃ -550℃ ) was the concentrated stage for organic matter pyrolysis, and the main precipitates were CO. CO2. CH4 homologues and unsaturated hydrocarbons like oil and gas; with the increase of heating rate and the increase of maximum weight loss rate, the peak of weight loss moved backwards, the starting and finishing temperature of the organic matter pyrolysis showed a kind of regularity; when the heating rate increased from 5℃/min to 20℃/min, the maximum weight loss rate increased nearly 5 times and the peak of weight loss increased by 28℃, however, the weight loss ratio in second stage was not affected with the heating rate seriously.
