摘　　要：基于基氏流动度测定仪研发过程中发现影响煤的胶质体流动性测定结果的相关因素主要包括煤样存放时间、煤样是否混合均匀、成型时的打击次数和搅拌桨顶端和煤甑凹槽的接触方式等,通过试验分析探讨了相关因素对试验结果的具体影响并提出相应的建议。结果表明:相关因素对特征温度的影响不大,初始软化温度、最大流动度温度和固化温度都在试验要求的误差范围内(重复性限为8℃),但煤样存放时间对最大流动度的影响显著,应在制样后8h内完成试验;混合不均对高流动度值的煤样影响愈加明显;打击次数少不足以将煤样压实,偏多则对结果影响不大,可知打击次数最优为12次;搅拌桨和煤甑凹槽接触方式以线接触最为理想,能够真实反映煤的性质。During the course of the research and development of the Gieseler fluidity analyzer, it was found that the factors influencing the determination of plastic matter fluidity mainly included the storage time of the coal samples, the uniformity of coal samples, the hit numbers before shaping, the contact mode of the paddle top and the coal steamer groove. Via testing analysis, the relative factors which specifically affected the testing results were discussed in this paper and the corresponding suggestions were also proposed. The results showed that the relative factors did not affect the characteristic temperature seriously, and the initial softening temperature, the maximum fluidity temperature and the solidification temperature were all in the range of allowable error （repeatability limit is 8℃ ）. However, the storage time affected the maximum fluidity seriously, so the experiment should be finished in 8 h after sampling. Additionally, non-uniform mixing affected the high-fluidity samples seriously; the less hit numbers was not enough to compact the coal samples, while the more hit numbers would not affect the results seriously, so the optimal number of strikes was 12. The best contact mode of the paddle top and the coal steamer groove was line contact from which the nature property of coal could be truly reflected.
