摘  要:介绍一种高炉喷吹用煤的可磨性测试方法,该方法采用计算机精确控制粉碎机制粉时间,可实现精确控制粉碎机输出功,对煤样可磨性的区分能力强,得出的煤样可磨性测试结果准确度高。实验结果表明,该测试方法不仅适用于各种单种煤,也适用于由多种单种煤配制的高炉喷吹煤,并且设备简单,操作方便。This paper introduced one kind of grindability test method for blast furnace injection coal. This method adopted computer precision control of pulverizing time by which the precise control of the pulverizer output work was realized. Moreover, it could distinguish different grindability of samples and the testing results of grindability had a better accuracy. The experimental result showed that this method suited not only all kinds of single coal, but also suited the blast furnace injection coal which was blended by many kinds of single coal. Additionally, this method had simplicity of equipment and convenience of operation
