摘 要:针对不易燃烧完全的煤样,探讨了酸洗石棉绒在煤的发热量测定中的应用问题,通过垫石棉绒法和直接法测定煤的发热量的对比试验分析表明,对于灰分小于50.00%的贫煤可采用直接法进行发热量测定,而对于灰分大于50.00%的贫煤及年老无烟煤则可采用垫石棉绒法以促进其在坩埚中充分燃烧,从而提高发热量测定的准确性。Regarding to the coal samples which were difficult to burn out completely, this paper discussed the problems in the application of acid-washed asbestos in the determination of coal calorific value. The comparative tests between the acid-washed asbestos method and the direct method showed that: the direct method would be better for the lean coal whose ash yield was less than 50.00% ; while the acid-washed asbestos method would be better for the old anthracite and the lean coal whose ash yield was more than 50.00%, by which the coal sample could be burned out completely in the crucible and the testing accuracy could be improved.
