摘  要:基于动筛跳汰机排料是动筛跳汰机控制的重要组成部分以及直接决定跳汰选煤的效率和块煤产量,介绍了动筛跳汰机自动排料的基本原则及控制原理,并结合南屯选煤厂的实际生产状况对动筛跳汰机自动排料系统进行改造,指出采取增设排料闸板、改变筛板倾角以及更换液压电机等措施可取得良好的经济效益。The discharging system was an important part of the moving sieve jigger, which could decide the efficiency of the jigging preparation and the lump coal production. This paper introduced the basic principle and control theory of the automatical discharge of movable sieve jigger. Combining the actual production situation of Nantun coal preparation plant, this paper introduced the transformation of automatical discharge system of movable sieve jigger, it indicated that good economic benefit could be obtained by taking such measures as adding the discharging gate, changing the sieve plate angle and replacing the hydraulic motor.
