摘  要:利用CFD仿真软件对坡面天然气泄漏扩散过程进行了数值模拟,分析了泄漏扩散过程,风速及泄漏倾角对泄漏扩散的影响。研究结果表明,泄漏1 s内,甲烷主要集中在坡面附近;泄漏5 s时,甲烷已经扩散到整个区域,且浓度爆炸下限最高达到7.81 m,在地表及坡面形成了涡流;随着泄漏倾角的增加,危险区域逐渐增大;泄漏倾角为15°时,风速影响较小,泄漏倾角为10°时,风速影响较大,泄漏气体主要沿地表扩散;为天然气安全输送及紧急预案的制定提供一定的理论依据。The gas leakage of natural gas pipeline because of corrosion and external damage is easy to cause fires, poisoning and explosions, so the study on natural gas leakage and diffusion has a great significance for the safety of pipeline transportation and the safety of personal and property. In this paper, natural gas leak and diffusion process on the slope was simulated by the CFD simulation software. Effect of wind speed and leakage inclination on the leakage and diffusion process was analyzed. The result shows that methane is mainly concentrated near the slope in 1 s. In about 5 s, methane has spread to the entire region, and the LEL is up to 7.81 m; the eddy is formed on the surface and the slope. The hazardous area gradually increases with increasing of leak inclination. Wind speed has less affect under the condition of leakage inclination 15 °, but has more affect under the condition of leakage inclination 10°, and leaking gas mainly diffuses along the surface. This simulation provides a theoretical basis for the safety transportation of natural gas and the formulation of emergency plans.
