摘  要:介绍了异丙醇铝水解法制备高纯氧化铝生产工艺,针对生产过程中设备和工艺方面存在的问题,通过提高原料纯度,优化工艺,重新选择搅拌桨、泵及匣钵等措施,降低了杂质含量,氧化铝纯度提高至99.995%,同时降低了原料消耗,满足了高纯氧化铝的生产要求。Production technology of high-pure alumina with aluminum isopropoxide hydrolysis method was introduced Some measures were taken to solve the problems in the production and equipments, such as optimizing process, increasing the purity of raw materials, re-selecting the type of impeller, pump and sagger, and so on. After the improvement,the impurity content of alumina was reduced and the purity of alumina was increased to 99.995%.Furthermore, the consumption of raw materials was reduced .The improved process can meet the recluirements of high-pure alumina production.
