摘  要:竹浆长纤维的次生壁为宽窄层交替的复合结构,这使得竹浆长纤维有着特殊的打浆和抄纸性能。本研究用Bauer-McNett筛对漂白硫酸盐竹浆进行筛分,得到不同长度等级的浆料,用PFI进行磨浆,对比筛分后不同长度等级浆料所抄纸页的强度性能。研究发现,相同打浆度下,30目、50目和100目筛网截留下来的浆料的抗张指数和耐破指数差别不大,均较B200目浆料略高,比竹浆原浆高很多,B30目、B50目、B100目和B200目四种浆料成纸的撕裂指数差别不大,均较竹浆原浆的高。筛网目数越少,成纸的耐折度越高。The thick--walled bamboo fibres exhibit a polylamellate structure with alternating broad and narrow lamellae, which may give bamboo pulps special properties. FraCtionated by Bauer McNett classi- fier, kraft bamboo pulps which are different in length of fiber were refined in PFI mill. Beating degree, WRV and sheet strength properties were examined after Classifying. It was found that the paper made by pulps which are retained on the classifier have good properties on paper strength. We also Compared the pulp properties and paper strength. The Tensile index and burst index properties of paper which are retained on the classifier of 30 mesh, 50 mesh and 100 mesh were slightly higher than that of 200 mesh, but obviously higher than the properties of pulps which were not classified. The tear index properties of the pulp of 30 mesh, 50 mesh, 100 mesh and 200 mesh was close to each other, and it is higher than the properties of pulps which were not classified. The less the mesh was, the higher the folding endurance was.
