摘 要:为了拓展纯电动车的应用车型,文章介绍了国内首台纯电动4门敞篷轿车的样车开发情况。动力性能计算采用了汽车的动力计算公式,续驶里程采用了等速法计算。采用极联解裂控制系统对电池实施安全电路保护,提高了电动车的安全性。使用CATIA完成了4门敞篷车的车身改造设计,成功地挑战了纯电动车4门敞篷车对车身的结构和强度的难度要求。实车验证了电机性能基本能满足电动车的需要,而制约电动车发展的是电池的能量储备和平衡控制。In order to expand the application,development of first domestic-made battery, electric 4-door opening car is introduced in this paper. The (tynamic performance is calculated with automotive formula, driving mileage is used with constant velocily calculation. Circuit safety prntection in battery control system is carried out by means of cascade implementation, the safety of electric opening car is improved. Using CATIA to complete the body modification design , meet high requirements on its body structure and strength of battery electric 4-door opening ear. The real vehicle validation basically meets the needs of opening car, the development bottleneck is energy reservation and the balance control of the battery.
