摘　　要：针对外矿粉性价比优势越来越明显的情况,唐山不锈钢公司及时根据原料资源及价格对烧结配料结构进行性价比测算,进行了烧结配加全外矿粉生产试验,确定了最佳的全外粉烧结生产配比。为进一步优化配料结构、稳定烧结生产、降低烧结矿成本积累了宝贵经验。Against to the situation ： price advantage of purchased mineral powder got higher and higher, Tang- shan Stainless Steel Co. , Ltd. measures and calculates in time the cost performance of sintering ore propor- tioning structure according to the raw material resource and price, carries on the production test to add only purchased mineral powder, determines best ore proportion, accumulates the experience to further optimize proportioning structure, stabilize sintering production and reduce cost of sinter.
