大株红景天注射液治疗稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察大株红景天注射液治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将50例冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为2组:对照组给予卧床休息、吸氧、阿司匹林肠溶片、硝酸酯制剂、β受体阻滞剂、他汀类药物、曲美他嗪等常规治疗。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用大株红景天注射液治疗。比较两组治疗结束后总有效率及心绞痛发作次数及发作程度、血液流变学与心电图(ECG)。结果:具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率高于对照组。结论:大株红景天注射液对冠心病稳定型心绞痛发作患者有明显治疗作用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Rhodiola injection on the treatment of coronary heart disease patients with stable angina pectoris.Methods: 50 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated conventionally with bed rest,oxygen,aspirin enteric-coated tablets,nitrate preparations,beta blockers,statins and trimetazidine while the treatment group was added with Rhodiola injection treatment besides the conventional treatment.The total effectiveness,the frequency and onset of angina pectoris attack,blood rheology and electrocardiogram(ECG) of the two groups were compared after the treatment.Results: The total effectiveness of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,showing a statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: Rhodiola injection has an obvious therapeutic effect on the coronary heart disease patients with stable angina pectoris.
