苏黄止咳胶囊联合西药治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘25例临床观察  

Clinical Effect of Suhuang Cough Capsules Combined with Salmeterol Fluticasone on the Treatment of 25 Cough Variant Asthma Patients

摘　　要：目的:观察苏黄止咳胶囊联合西药治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘的疗效。方法:临床确诊咳嗽变异型哮喘患者50例,随机分为2组。治疗组给予沙美特罗氟替卡松50ug/250ug吸入,早、晚各1次,苏黄止咳胶囊3粒,每日3次口服。对照组给予沙美特罗氟替卡松50ug/250ug吸入早,晚各1次治疗。观察2组治疗前后4周的临床疗效及肺功能改变。结果:2组治疗后的疗效及肺功能均有不同程度的改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的疗效及肺功能改善明显优于对照组。结论:苏黄止咳胶囊联合西药治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘,疗效优于单用西药。Objective : To observe the effect of Suhuang Cough Capsules on the treatment of cough variant asthma patients.Methods : 50 patients were randomly divided into 2groups.The treatment group received 50ug / 250ug of salmeterol fluticasone inhalation,once each morning and evening,together with Suhuang Cough Capsules,three,three times a day orally.The control group was only given 50ug/250ug of salmeterol fluticasone inhalation,once each morning and evening.The clinical effectiveness and the lung function changes of the two groups in four weeks were observed before and after the treatment.Results : The clinical effectiveness and the lung function of the patients in the two groups improved after the treatment in varying degrees.The difference showed statistical significance(P<0.05).The effectiveness and the lung function improvement of the treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion : The combination of salmeterol fluticasone and Suhuang Cough Capsules has a better effect on the treatment of cough variant asthma patients.
