摘　　要：目的通过调查该院2009—2011年度该院患者中药注射剂使用情况,寻找用药规律,为临床合理用药和提高药品管理水平提供参考。方法选取2009—2011年度中药注射剂的用药金额、品种类别和用药频率(Daily Define Doses,DDDs)等项目进行统计分析。结果 2009—2011年度该院中药注射剂品种数目变化不大,其中活血化瘀类中药注射剂在用药金额和用药频率上占很大比例,用药金额和DDDs 3年中排序均稳居首位。结论近几年该院中药注射剂在临床上的使用日益增多,以心脑血管系统用药最为显著,临床应用中应重视中药注射剂的安全性、有效性和合理使用。Objective To investigate the utilization of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections（TCMI）from 2009 to 2011 in the Third People＇s Hospital of Bengbu,in order to provide references for clinical rational use and the improvement of drug administration.Methods The use of traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital during the period 2009—2011 was analyzed in respect of the consumption sum,number of varieties and DDDs etc.Results No great change was noted for the consumption varieties of traditional Chinese medicine injections over the 3 years;the varieties of drugs used for blood flow showed a great proportion.Both the DDDs of traditional Chinese medicine injections for cardio-cerebrovascular system steadily dominated the first place over the 3 years.Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine injections is increasingly extensive.especially the traditional Chinese medicine injections for cardio-cerebrovascular system which has witnessed a marked increase.Great importance should be attached to the safety,effect and reasonable use of traditional Chinese medicine injections in clinical practice.
