摘  要:目的研究2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)对小鼠精子的毒性作用。方法将24只小鼠按随机数字表法分为4组:对照组、2,4-D 50mg·kg-1组(染毒1组)、2,4-D 100mg·kg-1组(染毒2组)、2,4-D 200mg·kg-1组(染毒3组),每组6只。动物经灌胃染毒,1次.d-1。14d后,处死小鼠,计算睾丸指数、附睾指数,并观察精子数量及精子活力、精子活率的情况。结果与对照组、染毒1组比较,染毒2组、染毒3组显著抑制了精子生成,并呈剂量依赖的方式降低了小鼠精子数量(P<0.05);与对照组比较,染毒2组、染毒3组明显降低了小鼠的精子活力(P<0.05),染毒2组、染毒3组呈剂量依赖的方式降低了小鼠的精子活率(P<0.05),染毒1组对小鼠精子活力、精子活率无显著的影响(P>0.05)。结论 2,4-D能够降低小鼠精子质量,从而引起生殖毒性损伤。Objective To investigate the toxic effect of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) on sperms in mice. Methods Twenty-four male mice were randomly divided into four groups:control group,2,4-D 50 mg·kg^-1 treatment group (group 1), 2,4-D 100 mg·kg^-1 treatment group (group 2) and 2,4-D 200 mg·kg^-1 treatment group (group 3),with 6 mice in each group.Mice were given intragastric administration of 2,4-D once per day. After 2,4-D exposure for 14 days, mice were sacrificed and testes and epididymis were collected to calculate testicle and epidid-ymis indexes. In addition,the number, activity and motility of sperms were determined. Results Compared with control group, the number,activity and motility of sperms significantly decreasedin group 2 and group 3 (P〈0.05). However,the low dose of 2,4-D (50 mg·kg^-1) had no toxic effect on mouse sperms (P〉0.05). Conelusion The 2,4-D exposure can induce reproductive tox-icity through reducing sperm quality.
