摘  要:目的分析急性心肌梗塞的超声与冠状动脉的造影特点,进一步探讨超声特点与冠状动脉病变之间的关系。方法回顾性对照分析94例急性心梗组(AMI组)与97例非梗死组的二尖瓣反流(MR)、左室收缩功能及冠脉造影的临床资料。结果 2组患者二尖瓣反流发生率及左室收缩功能比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01),下壁心梗MR的发生率明显高于前壁心梗,2者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);急性心肌梗死组中,伴MR组的射血分数(EF)值较无MR组更低。结论 MR的出现是AMI患者并发或加重心衰的重要因素,是预后好坏的表现之一。Objective To analyze the ultrasound findings of acute myocardial infarction and angiographic characteristics of coronary lesions, and to investigate the relationship between ultrasound characteristics and coronary artery disease. Methods A retrospective analysis of mitral regurgitation (MR),left ventricular systolic function and coronary angiographic characteristics was performed in 94 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI group) and 97 patients without myocardial infarction (control group). Results There were significant differences in MR incidence and left ventricular systolic function between the two groups (P〈0.01). Moreover, the incidence of inferior wall myocardial infarction was obviously higher than that of anterior wall myocardial infarction (P〈0.01). In AMI group,the ejection fraction in patients with MR was less than that in patients without MR. Conclusion The MR is an important factor for the occurrence and aggravation of heart failure and can be used to predict the prognosis.
