吡硫翁锌气雾剂治疗头部脂溢性皮炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨吡硫翁锌气雾剂治疗头部脂溢性皮炎的临床疗效。方法将82例头部脂溢性皮炎患者按随机数字表法分为2组:治疗组(42例)和对照组(40例)。治疗组采用吡硫翁锌气雾剂治疗,对照组采用0.1%哈西奈德溶液治疗。2组患者用药量以皮损区薄层覆盖为宜,2次.d-1。观察2组患者临床疗效及不良反应的情况。结果治疗组总有效率为92.9%,对照组总有效率为87.5%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.668,P=0.414)。治疗组有4例复发,复发率为9.5%;对照组有11例复发,复发率为27.5%。2组复发率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.429,P=0.035)。结论吡硫翁锌气雾剂治疗头部脂溢性皮炎安全、有效,不良反应少,复发率低。Objective To investigate the curative effect of pyrithione zinc aerosol on cephalic seborrheic dermatitis. Methods Eighty-two patients with cephalic seborrheic dermatitis were randomly assigned to receive either pyrithione zinc aerosol （treatment group,n：42） or 0. 1% halcinonide solution （control group,n=40）. Drugs were used twice a day to form a thin layer over the involved areas. Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed in both groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group （92.9 % vs 87.5% ,X^2 =0. 668,P=0. 414）. However,the recurrence rate in treatment group was obviously lower than that in control group （9.5 % vs 27.5 %, X^2 = 4. 429, P= 0. 035）. Conclusion Pyrithione zinc aerosol is safe and effective for cephalic seborrheic dermatitis with fewer adverse reactions and lower recurrence rate.
