摘 要:目的 :探讨 Na N3 对西洋参种子体眠和萌发的影响 ,与葡萄糖 -6-磷酸脱氢酶 ( G6PDH)的关系。方法 :G6PDH活性的测定用紫外分光光度法 ,其他用常规方法。结果 :Na N3 处理的西洋参种子在 4℃和 15℃条件下 ,3 0 d后的革发率分别为 91%和 82 % ,两种条件下均提高了 G6PDH的活性。结论 :Na N3 有助于西洋参种子休眠的解除 ,且与低温存在协同作用 ;其作用机理是通过增加磷酸戊糖途径OBJECTIVE:To understand the affection of NaN 3 on relieving dormancy of Panax quinquefolium seed, and the relationship between NaN 3 and glucose 6 phosphodehydrase. METHODS:Ultraviolet Spectrophotometer was employed to determine the viability of glucose 6 phosphodehydrase.RESULTS:30 days later,under the condition of 4 ℃ and 15 ℃,the germination rates of Panax quinquefolium seed were 91% and 82%,respectively,and the viability of glucose 6 phosphdehydrase was enhanced simultaneously.CONCLUSION:NaN 3 was helpful to relieving the dormancy of Panax quinquefolium seed,and it has synergistic action with low temperature.During the processes,the viability of glucose 6 phosphodeydrase was enhanced,which insicated the action of PPP was promoted.
