摘  要:对4A分子筛及其与Al(OH)3或(和)Mg(OH)2组成的复配体系作为软质PVC阻燃抑烟添加剂的性能进行了研究。结果表明:4A分子筛作为单一添加剂时,只有在添加量较大的情况下才对软质PVC有较好的阻燃效果,但抑烟性能不太理想;4A分子筛与Al(OH)3或Mg(OH)2组成的二元复合添加物对软质PVC具有很好的抑烟或阻燃效果,且二元组分之间存在着协效阻燃或抑烟作用;4A分子筛与Al(OH)3及Mg(OH)2组成的三元复合体系对软质PVC同时具有很好的阻燃和抑烟性能,三者的最佳质量比为1∶1∶10,按此最佳配比,当总添加量为35%时,测得相应PVC材料的氧指数为41,烟密度等级(SDR)为57.64,但力学性能下降。In this paper the flame retardance and smoke suppres- sion of 4 A zeolite and its compound with AI(OH)3 or (and) Mg(OH)2 as the additive of flexible PVC were studied. The experimental results show that good flame retardant effect is presented only when a large amount of 4A zeolite is added into flexible PVC, but the performance of smoke suppressing is un- favorable. As 4A zeolite is combined with AI(OH)3 or Mg (OH)2, the PVC exhibits satisfactory flame retarding or smoke suppressing effect due to synergetic effects between the compo- nents in binary complex system. It is further investigated to add 4A zeolite, AI(OH)3 and Mg(OH)2 simultaneously into flexi- ble PVC in this study, and both excellent flame retardance and smoke suppression are obtained. The optimal mass ratio of 4A zeolite, AI(OH)3 and Mg(OH)2 is determined as 1:1 :10 by or- thogonal experiments. Under this ratio, when the mass addition level of composite system is 35 %, the LOI and SDR of PVC are 41 and 57.64 respectively, but its mechanical properties are dropped somewhat.
