摘　　要：一起造成外来留宿人员死亡的地下室火灾,引发了事故双方的争议。由于现场带电且存在用电不规范的情况,死者家属坚持认为这起火灾由电气引发。但火灾调查人员通过仔细勘查现场,认真调查每一个细节,最终排除了这种可能,认定火灾是由死者吸烟造成。该起火灾原因的科学认定,平息了一场争议,得到了事故双方的认可,值得借鉴。Base on a controversial underground dead fire,as there was irregular electric use on the spot, the bereaved insisted that fire was caused by electric use. However, through careful fire renaissance and fire investigation, fire investigators excluded the possibility and identified that fire was caused by the dead smok- ing. The identification of fire cause was accepted by the two par ties and worthy of study.
