粤商组织演化路径及其动力分析——兼论粤商的传承与发展

摘　　要：从海上丝绸之路的奠基,到十三行转手贸易的辉煌时代,再到现代的珠三角加工贸易和产业集群的兴盛,粤商千年传承,生生不息,不断在新的时期创造新的辉煌。通过分析发现,其世代繁衍,发展演化的内外动因可以归纳为四大基因和三大优势,最后据此提出了实现粤商传承和发展的四大创新,为粤商企业发展及中国企业"走出去"提供了重要的借鉴作用。Starting from the maritime Silk Road, through the Thirteen Line Switch Trade Era, and to the modem processing and industrial cluster trade period in the Pearl River Delta, the Cantonese merchants have inherited for a millennium and constantly created brilliant businesses in the new era. Our analysis shows that the reasons for the Cantonese merchants＇ development and evolution can be summarized into four major genes and three big superiorities, which can pass down from generation to generation. Finally this paper proposes four innovations to help realize further development of the Cantonese merchants. This may be well supportive of all other Chinese enterprises in ＂going out＂ to do business.
