摘　　要：一直以来,海南与香港经贸交流频繁,合作关系不断拓展。在CEPA和海南国际旅游岛建设上升为国家战略的背景下,海南与香港深化经贸合作机遇与挑战并存,关键是要找准未来合作的发展方向。The economic and trade exchanges between Hainan and Hong Kong have been frequent for a long time and their cooperative relations have continued to be expanded and deepened. Today, Hainan is once again confronting new opportunities and challenges with the construction of the International Tourist Destina- tion becoming a national strategy, and the key to deepening such cooperation is to identify the direction of fu- ture cooperation in the new context of CEPA and the construction of Hainan International Tourist Destination.
