摘　　要："城南诗社"是清代康熙年间苏州地区的一个著名诗社,其在创始人沈德潜的年谱中保留了该诗社的一些资料。其作为一个规模成熟、风格稳定、影响深远的诗社,颇具研究价值,同时对于认识清代苏州地区结社情况也具有一定的意义。＂Chengnan Poets Society＂ is a famous poem society in the Kangxi Period of Qing Dynasty.The chronicle written by its founder Shen Deqian retains some information of this poem society.As a society with considerable size,stable style and lasting influence,＂Chengnan Poets Society＂ has its own research value and significance in terms of understanding the situation of poem societies in Suzhou during the Qing Dynasty.
