摘  要:利用扫描电子显微镜观察青杨楔天牛和锈斑楔天牛成虫触角感器的类型、数量和分布。结果表明:在2种楔天牛雌雄成虫触角上均存在4类型8种感受器,包括3种刺形感受器、1种毛形感受器、3种锥形感受器和Bhm氏鬃毛。刺形感受器为镰刀状且带有纵沟的刚毛结构,表面无孔;毛形感受器表面有纵沟,具有能自由活动的关节窝,表面无孔;锥形感受器与触角表面垂直,表面具有大量不规则分布的孔;Bhm氏鬃毛为直立的顶端较尖的结构。刺形感受器、毛形感受器及锥形感受器是较为常见的感受器类型,在其他天牛触角上也有发现;但本研究未发现耳形感受器、钟形感受器及指形感受器等其他感受器类型。结合各种感受器的形态、分布和显微结构对其可能具有的功能进行了分析。The type, number, and distribution of antennal sensilla of the two longicorn beetles, Saperda populnea and Saperda balsamifera were studied by using scanning electron microscopy. Results showed that the antennae in both male and female had three types of sensilla chaetica, one type of sensilla trichodea, three types of sensilla basiconica, and Bhm bristles. Sensilla chaetica were long sickle-shaped strong bristles with longitudinal grooves without pores on the cuticular wall; Sensilla trichodea were blunt-tapered hair with longitudinal grooves. They were inserted into a flexible socket without pores on the cuticular wall; Sensilla basiconica were oriented perpendicularly to the antennal surface. The cuticular wall of sensilla basiconica was perfored by irregularly distributed pores along its length; Bhm bristles were straight pegs with a sharp tip. Sensilla chaetica, sensilla trichodea and sensilla basiconica were common types of sensilla found in other species of the longicorn beetles. However, sensilla auricillica, sensilla campaniformia and sensilla finger were not found in this study. The likely functions of these sensillar also were discussed with reference to their morphology, distribution, and ultrastructure.
