摘  要:目的探究自我管理教育对创伤后截瘫患者创伤后成长的作用。方法遵循促进创伤后成长的途径和体验,医护人员将自我管理教育纳入48例创伤后截瘫患者康复期全过程。结果通过在患者入院后、住院期、出院前、出院后进行自我管理教育,提高了患者疾病相关知识水平,有效改善了自我心理卫生状况和健康相关生活质量,调动了康复积极性和主动性,促进了创伤后成长。结论自我管理教育的护理干预模式能够促进创伤后截瘫患者的创伤后成长。Objective To study the self management education on the posttraumatic growth of traumatic paraplegia patients. Methods According to way and experience of promoting post-traumatic growth, the medical care personnel gave self management education to 56 cases of traumatic paraplegia patients during whole rehabilization process. Results After admission, in-hospital, prior to discharge, and after discharge self- management education was all performed on the patients, thus enhanced the patient's disease-related knowledge level, effectively improved the self psychological health status and health related quality of life, mobilized the enthusiasm and initiative of the rehabilitation, promoted the posttraumatic growth. Conclusion Self management education care intervention mode can promote the traumatic paraplegia patient's posttraumatic growth.
