摘  要:针对锦屏二级水电站同轴油马达式筒阀同步控制系统,介绍了其工作原理,探讨了其同步性能,并对筒阀失电状态下的可操作性和筒阀运行中的常见故障原因及处理进行了分析。结果表明:锦屏二级水电站筒阀同步控制系统的可靠性能够满足运行需要,而在进行后期的运行维护工作时,应重点关注筒阀系统的常见故障,以保证筒阀长期安全运行。The work principle of synchronization control system of the coaxial oil motor type cylinder valve in Jinping Ⅱ Hydropower Station is introduced and its synchronization performance is discussed.The maneuverability of the cylinder valve under loss of power,the failure causes and treatments of the cylinder valve during running are analyzed.The results indicate that the reliability of synchronization control system can fulfill the operation requirements.Common faults should be focused on in late operation maintenance to guarantee the cylinder valve long-term safe operation.
