摘　　要：2013年2月7日，国务院办公厅发布了《关于加强内燃机工业节能减排的意见》（下简称《意见》）。《意见》提出，到2015年，节能型内燃机产品占全社会内燃机产品保有量的60％，与2010年相比．内燃机燃油消耗率降低6％-10％，实现节约商品燃油2000万吨，减少二氧化碳排放6200万吨，减少氯氧化物排放10％，采用替代燃料节约商品燃油1500万吨;In order to enhance energy saving and emission reducing in industry of internal combustion engine, and promote economize petroleum resource and improve air quality, since Feb. 7, 2013, the General Office has released the 《Suggestion about Enhancement of Energy Saving and Emission Reducing in Industry of Internal Combustion Engine》
