摘　　要：利用CATIA软件对某轻型商用车麦弗逊前悬架进行三维运动校核分析,通过CATIA三维软件对麦弗逊前悬架的前轮定位参数、前轮最大转角、轮胎运动空间、运动部件动态间隙的分析,为麦弗逊前悬架系统的设计和改进提供参考。3D motion checking analysis on Mepherson strut suspension of a commercial vehicles was made using CATIA, The parameters of Mepherson strut suspension, including the wheel alignment parameters, the maximum angle, the tire movement space and the moving parts dynamic gap were analyzed by using the 3D software of CATIA, which provides the reference for the design and improvement of Mepherson strut suspension.
