摘　　要：从术语和定义、侧围外板检具典型结构等方面介绍侧围外板检具开发的设计要求及常见问题,通过规范侧围外板检具典型设计结构,保证冲压件检具设计的合理性,以有效判定冲压件品质问题,早期稳定整车品质。From terms, definitions and the typical structures of side outer panel fixture, the design requirements of the side wall otater panel fixture development and FAQs were described. Through standardizing the typical design structure of the side wall outer panel fixture, the design rationality of the pressing parts fixture can be ensured, so pressing parts quality problems can be found effectively, and vehicle quality can be stabilized early.
