摘　　要：文章根据个体乳酸阈的手工画图推算方法,利用MATLAB7.X软件编程及数学知识,设计运动员个体乳酸阈推算程序,并进行初步检验,输出个体乳酸阈图形以及个体乳酸阈值及其对应的时间,利用个体乳酸阈推算程序,使求个体乳酸阈方便、简捷,减少主观误差,同时也局限于MATLAB7.X软件本身的功能有待于进一步完善。According to the individual lactate threshold drawing projection methodology, using of matlab7.X software programming and mathematical knowledge, the study designs individual athletes lactate threshold projected program and preliminary test, and to put out individual lactate threshold graphics as well as individual lactate threshold corresponding time. The study utilizes individual lactate threshold projections program, convenient, simple, less subjective errors, and also limit MATLAB7.X software itse, which need to be further improved.
