摘　　要：本文系统地分析了影响铜粉应用于铜浆中的关键因素,概述了超细球形铜粉的制备方法,包括歧化反应法、湿式化学还原法、氢气还原法、多元醇法等,指出了当前超细球形铜粉制备及应用存在的问题,并就超细铜粉今后的研究趋势作了展望。The key factor of the influence of copper powder applied to the copper paste is systematically analyzed, and the preparation methods of ultrafine spherical copper powder, including the disproportionation reaction, chemical reduction, hydrogen reduction, polyol reduction are summarized. The present challenges in the process research of ultraflne spherical copper powder are pointed out and the future research direction is proposed.
