摘　　要：目的探讨2011年度上海市浦东新区眼部工伤的特点，减少眼外伤的发生。方法对2011年度浦东新区申请眼部工伤鉴定的资料进行回顾性分析。结果申请工伤鉴定共268例（303眼），男231例（261眼），女37例（42眼），男、女比例为6．24：1。因伤致残78例（88眼），其中35～50岁39例（45眼）。机械性眼外伤254例（284眼），非机械性眼外伤14例（19眼）。结论眼部工伤以中青年男性为主，且以机械性眼外伤最为常见。] Objective To study the clinical characteristics of occupational ocular trauma in Pudong New District in the city of Shanghai in 2011. Methods All the patients that with occupational ocular trauma in 2011 in Pudong New District in the city of Shanghai were selected to study. Results The results showed that there were 268 cases （303 eyes） that with occupational ocular trauma, 231 cases （261 eyes） were male and 37 cases （42 eyes） were female. 78 cases （88 eyes） became disability, in which 39 cases （45 eyes） were the patients that the age ranged from 35 to 50. 254 cases （284 eyes） belonged to mechanical ocular trauma, and 14 cases （19 eyes） belonged to nonmechanical ocular trauma. Conclusion The main victims of occupational ocular trauma were young men, and mechanical ocular trauma is the main cause.
