摘  要:JIT运作管理思想强调精益化生产,以"零库存"作为追求的管理目标。在JIT思想的指导下,越来越多的制造商要求其供应商对原材料和零部件实施小批量、多批次的JIT配送,以支持制造商的JIT生产。然而,随着环境问题在全世界范围内越来越受到广泛的重视,企业在进行各种决策的过程中已经不能只着眼于生产效率和经济效益,还必须将生产活动对环境的影响也纳入决策考虑的范围。结合企业实践中JIT配送的两种主要方式——供应商独立配送和Supply-Hub循环取货方式,分别建立了CO2排放量计算模型,并且分析了配送方式和配送频率对JIT配送中CO2排放量的影响。JIT operations management emphasizes lean production,with "zero inventory" as the primary objectives.Under the guidance of JIT,more and more manufacturers require their suppliers of raw materials and components to implement low-volume,multi-batch JIT delivery,to support the manufacturer's JIT production.The environmental problems,however,have been exposed to the world inevitably,the enterprises in the process of various decision-making cannot just focus on production efficiency and economic benefits but also make production activities impact on environment be included.In this paper,based on the of two main JIT delivery approach in practice of many companies-independent replenishment by the suppliers and Supply-Hub milkrun mode,CO2 emissions model has been established separately.The impact on CO2 emission in JIT delivery has been discussed with different deliver frequency and different deliver modes.
