摘 要:采用高效液相色谱法建立了中药合欢花的指纹图谱。利用相似度中药评价软件处理色谱数据并匹配了9个共有峰,同时也分别得到了贵州、安徽、河北、山东4省所生产的63个合欢花样品的各省平均指纹图谱和南北各两省合欢花样品的平均指纹图谱,并对它们分别作了比较,采用HPLC-MS技术鉴定出5个共有峰的化学成分。本文还应用化学计量学主成份分析、相似度分析以及3种有监督模式识别方法(KNN、LS-SVM和CPANN)对实验所得指纹图谱数据进行处理,考察了该63个合欢花样品间的相似性和差异性,实验发现按样品的来源可将南北方样品正确分类。在本文中HPLC-DAD检测手段与化学计量学方法相结合能够确定合欢花样品的产地和彼此之间的差异,能有效的控制中药合欢花的质量并合理使用,证明了这种方法可以成为中药质量控制的手段之一。The fingerprints of 63 Albizia julibrissin Durazz samples,collected from four areas(i.e.,Guizhou,Anhui,Hebei,and Shangdong provinces) were obtained by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).We also studied the mean fingerprints from the southern(Guizhou and Anhui provinces) and the northern(Hebei and Shangdong provinces).Nine common peaks were selected and compared among each other.Chemical constructions of five components were identified by HPLC-MS.Furthermore,the experimental data were dealt with by two chemometric methods,principal component analysis(PCA) and similarity analysis,to investigate the similarity and difference among these 63 Albizia julibrissin Durazz samples.Our results showed that the samples from the south or the north areas were well classified.The proposed method combining HPLC-DAD technique with chemometrics could be used to control the quality of Albizia julibrissin Durazz samples effectively.
