摘  要:为建立胭脂鱼[Myxocyprinus asiaticus(Bleeker)]人工繁殖技术,采用连续观察法研究胭脂鱼人工授精受精卵的发育过程,详细记录了胭脂鱼胚胎发育各阶段形态特征。胭脂鱼胚胎发育从受精卵到孵化出膜可划分29个发育时期,在水温17.6℃~19.4℃条件下,胚胎发育共历时147.68h,发育积温为2572.65℃。出膜后,仔鱼经8d发育,鳔开始充气,第10天左右达到开口期。文中讨论了鱼类胚胎发育时间与温度的关系。To establish artificial breeding technology of Myxocyprinus asiaticus,morphological characters of the embryos in different development phases of Myxocyprinus asiaticus were recorded in detail by continuous observations.The embryonic development of Myxocyprinus asiaticus from fertilized eggs to hatching out could be divided into 29 growth stages.In the condition of water temperature around 17.6 to 19.4 ℃,embryonic development lasted 147.68 h,and the accumulative temperature was 2 572.65 ℃.The inflation of the swim bladder occurred from 8 d after hatching,and the larvae began feeding around the 10th day.The relationship between the duration of fish embryo development and temperature was also discussed,and the embryonic development of Myxocyprinus asiaticus was relatively slow.
